People at the desk were very friendly. It has good bus connectionto the railway station and to Venice.

The rooms has no refrigerators. Bad air conditioning and the TV were all in italian, no english channels.

Fashionable lounge in the hotel, beautiful chandeliers from Murano. Positive emotions about the staff. Very pleasant in communication. The room is clean and warm. It is noticeable that the rooms have been renovated. The plumbing is new. Everything's working. There are no problems with hot and cold water. Room cleaning and towel change every day. Bath accessories are replenished, also every day. Parking in the garage is paid, but 2 meters from the hotel has free parking spaces. I left it free on the street. Breakfast for 8 euros. I wish it was cheaper. We took breakfast once and didn't take it anymore. I think it's expensive. I don't like the hotel cushion, although they gave each one 2 pieces. Wife is a disaster. Only the ground floor has a network. There's no internet in the room. The refrigerator in the room is not enough (under the console / desk could put).the bathroom is narrow (full person will not pass to the toilet wc installed shower). Before Venice 2 transplants (not everyone is comfortable).

Good location - very easy access to Venice.

The total stay was really comfortable at late night. Our room was cheap and spotless with breakfast. The marvellous and lovely location, we were opposite a bus station. Spent our evenings in nearby Ristorante Galloway enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The transport options were amazing. so easy to hop on a bus to Venice with a stop right outside! 🚌 The room was clean, but the bed could have been more comfortable. a solid stay!

The room was nice, non-smoking room. Room service was fast and the food was good.

Marvellous and fantastic location in the good area, with a bus stop right next to the hotel. Central heating, a multi-channel TV and a writing table available in the guest room.

I appreciated the clean linens and freshly. The hotel's proximity to a bus stop allowed easy access to Venice as a senior traveler.

More accessible facilities for seniors would be beneficial.

It's close to a bus station from where you easily get into Venice,although the trip back is tricky if you come back late at night.Also close to a supermarket.The staff gives all the info required.A bit strange is that you are requested to pay when you leave.

There were spider webs in the rooms,there was no Internet in the room.
